linkstars.dev is operated by Linkstars LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The content here
We publish this site to describe the company and what it builds. We keep it accurate, but it is informational: nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, a commitment to ship a particular capability, or professional advice you should rely on in place of your own judgement. Product descriptions may change as the products do.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, logos and product names on this site belong to Linkstars LLC or are used with permission. You may read, quote and link to this site freely, including quoting a reasonable extract with attribution. You may not present our content as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or the systems behind it, interfere with its availability, or use it to distribute unlawful or malicious content. Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome — see Contact for how to report a finding, and we will not pursue anyone who reports responsibly.
Text messages
If you give a mobile number on our contact form and tick the box agreeing to texts, Linkstars may text you at that number about your inquiry and your account with us — replies, follow-ups and scheduling. We do not use it for marketing. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of sending the form or of doing business with us.
Message frequency varies with the conversation, and message and data rates may apply; we charge nothing for these messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and we will confirm once and send nothing further; reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or reach us through Contact. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is set out in the privacy policy.

Liability
This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law permits. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and the courts located in Indiana, United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
